The first mistake everyone makes: searching for the perfect prompt. The real transition is when you stop asking AI and start managing processes through it.
This is the first mistake I made.
I, like everyone else, started with this:
And I quickly hit a wall.
Because real work doesn't look like "one question - one answer".

And this is where prompts break down.
The real transition happens here:

✅ "how to build a system where AI does the work"
AI is not a tool.
It's an operating system.
And the question isn't about how to write prompts. It's about how to manage processes through AI.
