AI is Not About Prompts
AILLMAgentsStrategy
This is the first mistake I made.
I, like everyone else, started with this:
- write the perfect prompt
- get the perfect answer
- repeat
And I quickly hit a wall.
Because real work doesn't look like "one question - one answer".
It looks like this:
- context changes
- tasks overlap
- solutions need to be double-checked
- the result needs refinement
And this is where prompts break down.
The real transition happens here:
❌ "how to properly ask AI"
✅ "how to build a system where AI does the work"
AI is not a tool.
It's an operating system.
And the question isn't about how to write prompts. It's about how to manage processes through AI.
Next post - I'll show why 90% of people get stuck at the "chat with a bot" level.
